Barbara Lee Pierce, of Newport, Arkansas, formally of Pocahontas, passed away, on Monday, May 18, 2020. Barbara was born on Tuesday, December 5, 1933, in East St. Louis, Illinois, to Henry and Lucille Hemme Pelate.
Barbara is preceded in death by her husband, Harry D. Pierce Sr.; and parents, Henry and Lucille Hemme Pelate.
Barbara is survived by her son, Harry Pierce J.; daughter, Dorian L. (Mike) Yoder; and four grandchildren, Carter, Shelby, Cole, and Harper.
Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
