Obituary for Glenn Edwin Bibb
Glenn Edwin Bibb, 86, of Pocahontas, Arkansas, passed away on Saturday, October 24, 2020. Glenn was born on Sunday, November 12, 1933, in Greene County, Arkansas, to Edwin and Inez Fears Bibb.
Glenn is preceded in death by his loving wife, Alta Fern Bailey Bibb; parents, Edwin and Inez Fears Bibb; brothers, Billy and Jim Bibb; and sister, Shirley Blankenship.
Glenn leaves behind two daughters, Glenda Gail Bibb and Becky (Roger) Honey, both of Pocahontas; one brother, Paul (Diane) Bibb, of Pocahontas; five grandchildren, Kevin Williams, of Pocahontas, Melissa (Ian) Bickers, of Pocahontas, Destiny (Brandon) Douglas, of Walnut Ridge, Abigail (Quentin) Blackwell, of Cherokee Village, and Jessie Honey, of Pocahontas; five great-grandchildren, Bennett, Bradley, Bailey and Baker Bickers, and Melody Douglas; Aunt Olene, of Paragould; and many other loved ones and friends.
All services will be held at the New Bethel Baptist Church, in Pocahontas. A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Glenn's funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 10:00am; Ricky Laton and Roger Honey officiating.
Glenn will be laid to rest at the Chesser Cemetery.
Honored to carry Glenn to his final earthly resting place are Corey Bibb, Justin Bibb, Dale Bibb, John Bibb, Dewey Bibb and Eric Bibb.
The family wishes to designate Gary Bibb and Wayne Pyles as honorary pallbearers.
