Obituary for Tina Buchanan (Thomas)
Tina Thomas Buchanan, 51, of Pocahontas, passed away on Sunday, October 18, 2020, at the St. Bernard’s Medical Center, in Jonesboro.
Tina is preceded in death by her father, Charles Thomas.
Tina is survived by her husband, Mark Buchanan, of the home; mother, Angella Thomas; four children, Christopher Brown, Jilleena (Tevon) McNair, Jamie Storme Farrow, and Obediah Thomas; one brother Charles (Yolanda) Thomas; father-in-law, Henry Buchanan; and her loving cat, Patch. Tina is also survived by her seven stepchildren; six step-grandchildren; three sister-in-laws; four nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends, who loved her dearly.
Cremation has been chosen as the method of final disposition.
A memorial visitation will be held in the chapel of the Fears Family Funeral Home in Pocahontas, on Saturday, October 24, 2020, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
A memorial service will be held the following week at Sandy Ridge Primitive Baptist Church in Tina's home state of North Carolina.
