Uncle Bill and A.Grace were so good to me when I was little while living on the farm. They were such good people. A. Grace would always save a piece of her wonderful pie for me.Uncle Bill was a hard worker .He always give me a nickle on our Sat.visits to town because I would run a quart jug of water out to the field on a hot day when he was on the tractor. He was good to his parents.
I admired he and A. Grace's relationship always in harmony and working side by side together for a common goal. Grace once told me that young Bill was very handsome and could have had his pick of just about any local Gal that he wanted for a wife and she was floored when he asked Her for a date.I guess he had good taste in women after all.Their marriage was admirable.
I have seen Bill work from dawn to dusk in the field. A.Grace would work all day in her own garden and then come up and work Frank and Mae's garden till supper as they got too old. They were good people and I am glad they had good long lives. R.I.P you two.
