I was Becky's 8th grade math teacher at MacArthur Junior High in Jonesboro. Years later I was able to reconnect with her after she married Tom, a friend from Lawrence County. I then connected with her parents a few times at the bridge table. And I connected with the family at Schubert Music Programs where their granddaughter performed as a piano student of Glenda Blasini. While those times of meeting were seldom and brief, I was always reminded of the special smile Becky always had for everyone as well as her sweet spirit. My prayers are with all of you. Tom, it makes me so sad that you have lost your soul mate, but I know your faith will see you through. May God's peace and comfor be with you. Joyce Rose
